A rum sour with a mint lift and a silky egg-white crown — light, cool, and named for the Mexican resort coast at the height of its glamour.
- 1½ ozWhite rum
- ½ ozCointreau
- ½ ozLime juice
- ¼ ozSimple syrup
- 1 eachEgg white
- MintA few leaves, muddled
Served up
Dry shake without ice, then shake hard with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish: Mint sprig.
