1. 1½ ozWhite rum
2. ½ ozCointreau
3. ½ ozLime juice
4. ¼ ozSimple syrup
5. 1 eachEgg white
6. MintA few leaves, muddled

Served up

Dry shake without ice, then shake hard with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish: Mint sprig.
