A Prohibition-era rum honey sour posted first class with a Champagne stamp — aged rum, lime, and honey lifted by sparkling wine. Delivered cold.

  1. 1½ ozAged rum
  2. ½ ozLime juice
  3. ½ ozHoney syrup
  4. ChampagneTop

Served up

Shake the rum, lime, and honey with ice and strain into a chilled flute. Top with Champagne. Garnish: Mint sprig.
