Donn Beach's namesake sour — white rum, Cointreau, and lime with a whisper of maraschino and grenadine. The Daiquiri that started a whole aesthetic.

1. 2 ozWhite rum
2. ½ ozCointreau
3. ¾ ozLime juice
4. ¼ ozMaraschino liqueur
5. ¼ ozGrenadine

Served up

Shake with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish: Lime wheel.
