Brandy Flip
Brandy, sugar, and a whole egg shaken to a rich, frothy custard and dusted with nutmeg — a centuries-old way to make a spirit feel like dessert.

- ½ ozSimple syrup

Served up
Dry shake without ice, then shake hard with ice. Strain into a small chilled coupe and grate nutmeg over the top. Garnish: Grated nutmeg.
