A Martini that let a little sunlight in — gin and both vermouths brightened with fresh orange juice. Once as famous as the borough it was named for.

1. 1½ ozGin
2. ½ ozDry vermouth
3. ½ ozSweet vermouth
4. 1 ozOrange juice

Served up

Shake with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish: Orange twist.
