1. 6 ozAged Jamaican rum
2. 2 ozLime juice
3. 4 ozDemerara syrup
4. 6 dashAngostura bitters
5. 8 ozSoda waterOr water, to dilute

Over crushed ice

Stir the lime, syrup, rum, and water together over crushed ice and finish with the bitters. Serves 6. Garnish: Orange wheels and grated nutmeg.
