A pooled-rum exotica named for a Filipino chieftain — aged and overproof rum swimming in orange, passion fruit, and honey. Built to be shared, or not.

  1. 2 ozAged Jamaican rum
  2. ½ ozOverproof rum
  3. 1 ozOrange juice
  4. ½ ozLime juice
  5. ½ ozPassion fruit syrup
  6. ½ ozHoney syrup

Over crushed ice

Shake with crushed ice and pour unstrained into a large tiki mug. Garnish: Orange and mint.
