Barbados in its simplest form — blackstrap rum and falernum over crushed ice, dosed with lime and a heavy dash of Angostura that pools like oil on the surface.

  1. 2 ozBlackstrap rum
  2. ½ ozVelvet falernum
  3. ½ ozLime juice
  4. 4 dashAngostura bitters

Over crushed ice

Build over crushed ice and stir. Finish with a heavy dash of Angostura on top. Garnish: Lime wedge.
