1. 2 ozWhite rum
2. 1 ozCognac
3. ½ ozGin
4. 1 ozLemon juice
5. 1 ozOrange juice
6. ½ ozOrgeat
7. ½ ozSherryFloated on top

Over crushed ice

Shake everything but the sherry with ice and pour into a tall glass of crushed ice. Float the sherry over the top. Garnish: Mint sprig.
