Gin Fizz
A gin sour shaken hard and lengthened with soda to a foaming head — best served cold, tall, and before noon.

- ¾ ozLemon juice
- ¾ ozSimple syrup
- Soda waterTop
Served up
Shake the gin, lemon, and syrup hard with ice. Strain into a chilled glass and top with soda water. Garnish: Lemon wheel.
