Crème de menthe, crème de cacao, and cream — mint-chocolate in a glass, invented in a New Orleans bar and utterly unbothered by fashion.

  1. 1 ozCrème de menthe
  2. 1 ozCrème de cacao
  3. 1 ozHeavy cream

Served up

Shake with ice until cold and frothy. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish: Grated chocolate.
