Halekulani Hotel, Honolulu

Named for the Honolulu hotel where it was poured — a whiskey sour warmed with orange, grenadine, and a dash of bitters. Sunset in a coupe.

1. 1½ ozBourbon
2. ½ ozLemon juice
3. ½ ozOrange juice
4. ½ ozPineapple juice
5. ¼ ozGrenadine
6. 1 dashAngostura bitters

Served up

Shake with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish: Orange twist.
