Named for the silent-film star during her Havana heyday — white rum, pineapple, and a blush of grenadine and maraschino. Prohibition glamour, poured south of the border.

1. 2 ozWhite rum
2. 1½ ozPineapple juice
3. ¼ ozMaraschino liqueur
4. ¼ ozGrenadine

Served up

Shake with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish: Brandied cherry.
