Havana
White rum, lime, mint, and sugar topped with soda — Havana's antidote to the heat. Bruise the mint, don't shred it.
- 2 ozWhite rum
- ¾ ozLime juice
- ½ ozSimple syrup
- MintA handful, muddled
- Soda waterTop
Over cubed ice
Muddle the mint with the syrup and lime. Add rum and ice, top with soda, and stir up from the bottom. Garnish: Mint sprig.
