Three rums, citrus, and honey over a hand-packed cone of crushed ice — Donn Beach's rigging, built to be sipped through a straw driven down the middle.

1. 1 ozDemerara rum
2. 1 ozAged Jamaican rum
3. 1 ozWhite rum
4. ¾ ozLime juice
5. ½ ozGrapefruit juice
6. 1 ozHoney syrup
7. 1 ozSoda water

Over crushed ice

Shake with crushed ice and pour unstrained into a double rocks glass. Pack with more crushed ice. Garnish: Ice cone and mint.
