Donn Beach's spice cabinet in a glass — aged rum over lime and orange, warmed with vanilla, cinnamon, and allspice. Tiki at its most fragrant.

1. 2 ozAged rum
2. ¾ ozLime juice
3. ½ ozOrange juice
4. ½ ozVanilla syrup
5. ¼ ozCinnamon syrup
6. ¼ ozAllspice dram
7. 1 dashAngostura bitters

Over crushed ice

Shake with crushed ice and pour unstrained into a tiki mug. Garnish: Orange twist and cinnamon.
