2. ¼ ozSimple syrup
3. 2 dashAngostura bitters

Over a big rock

Stir the syrup and bitters with a splash of water until dissolved. Add whiskey and one large cube, then stir to chill. Express the orange twist over the top. Garnish: Orange twist.
