Donn Beach's warm-spiced dive — gold and Demerara rum over orange and lime, threaded with cinnamon and allspice where his secret butter mix once went.

1. 1½ ozGold rum
2. ½ ozDemerara rum
3. ¾ ozOrange juice
4. ½ ozLime juice
5. ½ ozHoney syrup
6. ¼ ozCinnamon syrup
7. ¼ ozAllspice dram

Over crushed ice

Shake with crushed ice and pour unstrained into a tiki mug. Garnish: Mint sprig.
