- 2 ozBlended scotch
- ¾ ozLemon juice
- ½ ozHoney syrup
- ¼ ozGinger syrup
- ¼ ozIslay single malt scotchFloated on top
Over a big rock
Shake the first four with ice and strain over one large cube. Float the Islay malt over the top. Garnish: Candied ginger.
