  2. 4 ozPineapple juice
  3. 2 ozLemon juice
  4. 2 ozSimple syrup

Over cubed ice

Stir over ice in a bowl or pitcher, letting the pineapple macerate. Serves 4. Garnish: Pineapple chunks.
