1. 2 ozAged Jamaican rum
2. ¾ ozLime juice
3. ½ ozDemerara syrup
4. ¼ ozGrenadine
5. 2 dashAngostura bitters
6. Soda waterTop

Over cubed ice

Shake with ice and pour into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Add bitters, top with soda, and stir once. Garnish: Mint and orange.
