A rare bourbon tiki drink — whiskey, passion fruit, and honey shaken over egg white to a sunset foam. Warm-weather comfort with a Kentucky accent.

1. 1½ ozBourbon
2. ½ ozLemon juice
3. ½ ozPassion fruit syrup
4. ¼ ozHoney syrup
5. 1 eachEgg white

Over crushed ice

Dry shake without ice, then shake with ice. Pour over crushed ice in a tiki mug. Garnish: Mint sprig.
