Ramos Gin Fizz

New Orleans's twelve-minute drink — gin, citrus, cream, and egg white whipped with orange flower water until it stands up like a cloud. Worth every second of the shake.
- 2 ozGin
- ½ ozLemon juice
- ½ ozLime juice
- ¾ ozSimple syrup
- 1 ozHeavy cream
- 1 eachEgg white
- Orange flower water3 drops
- Soda waterTop
Served up
Dry shake everything but the soda until your arm gives out, then shake again with ice. Strain into a chilled glass and top with a splash of soda to lift the head.
