Bermuda's unofficial anthem — aged rum swizzled with pineapple, orange, and falernum until the glass frosts. Best made by the jugful.

1. 1½ ozAged Jamaican rum
2. ½ ozGold rum
3. 1 ozOrange juice
4. 1 ozPineapple juice
5. ½ ozLime juice
6. ½ ozVelvet falernum
7. ¼ ozGrenadine
8. 2 dashAngostura bitters

Over crushed ice

Swizzle with crushed ice until frosted. Top with more crushed ice and a dash of Angostura. Garnish: Orange and cherry.
