A pink Raffles Hotel invention from the last days of empire — gin, cherry liqueur, and Bénédictine buried in pineapple, tall and tropical.
- 1½ ozGin
- ½ ozCherry liqueur
- ¼ ozBénédictine
- ¼ ozCointreau
- 4 ozPineapple juice
- ½ ozLime juice
- ¼ ozGrenadine
- 1 dashAngostura bitters
Over cubed ice
Shake with ice and strain into a tall glass of fresh ice. Garnish: Pineapple and cherry.
