A pink Raffles Hotel invention from the last days of empire — gin, cherry liqueur, and Bénédictine buried in pineapple, tall and tropical.

  1. 1½ ozGin
  2. ½ ozCherry liqueur
  3. ¼ ozBénédictine
  4. ¼ ozCointreau
  5. 4 ozPineapple juice
  6. ½ ozLime juice
  7. ¼ ozGrenadine
  8. 1 dashAngostura bitters

Over cubed ice

Shake with ice and strain into a tall glass of fresh ice. Garnish: Pineapple and cherry.
