A gin sour with mint muddled through it — clean, cold, and green. The drink the Roaring Twenties took to the country club.
- 2 ozGin
- ¾ ozLime juice
- ¾ ozSimple syrup
- MintA small handful, muddled
Served up
Muddle the mint gently, add the rest, and shake hard with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish: Mint sprig.
