Named for the French Quarter and tasting like it — rye and cognac braided with vermouth, Bénédictine, and two kinds of bitters. New Orleans in a glass.

  1. ¾ ozRye whiskey
  2. ¾ ozCognac
  3. ¾ ozSweet vermouth
  4. ¼ ozBénédictine
  5. 1 dashAngostura bitters
  6. 1 dashPeychaud's bitters

Over cubed ice

Stir with ice until well chilled. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon twist. Garnish: Lemon twist.
