A Bloody Mary that skipped the vodka and kept all the swagger — tomato, citrus, and a full spice rack. Savory, cold, and a meal in itself.
- 5 ozTomato juice
- ½ ozLemon juice
- 2 dashWorcestershire sauce
- 2 dashHot sauce
- Celery stalkGarnish
Over cubed ice
Roll the ingredients between two glasses to mix. Pour over fresh ice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish: Celery and lemon.
