Gin, orange liqueur, and lemon whipped over egg white to a pale, silky cloud — Harry MacElhone's most refined sour.

  1. 1½ ozGin
  2. ¾ ozCointreau
  3. ½ ozLemon juice
  4. 1 eachEgg white

Served up

Dry shake without ice, then shake hard with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish: Lemon twist.
