White Negroni

A Negroni built from a French pantry — gin, bitter gentian, and Lillet in place of Campari and vermouth. Paler, drier, and just as compulsive.

  1. 1½ ozGin
  2. ¾ ozGentian liqueur
  3. ¾ ozLillet Blanc

Over a big rock

Stir with ice until well chilled and strain over one large cube. Garnish: Lemon twist.
